Bamboo Double Pointed Knitting needles

Here is our selection of Bamboo double pointed knitting needles.

Double pointed knitting needles are used for working in a circular fashion. They usually come in a set of 5 sometimes in a set of 6. One needle is known as the 'active needle' and the other four are arranged to form a rough circle.

The great thing about double pointed needles is that you can have a tiny number of stitches on them, like 3,4 or 5 stitches so you can do really small diameter projects. Usually they are used for knitting stuff like socks, hats and sleeves.

They come in different lengths and the short ones are good for things such as the fingers on gloves.
